A connected Facebook or Instagram account

If a shop connected its Facebook Page or Instagram account to SupplySynk, you can disconnect it two ways, and both delete what we hold:

In SupplySynk, open Settings and disconnect the account.
On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find SupplySynk and remove it. Facebook then tells us to delete your data, and we do.

Either way we remove the access tokens and anything we stored from that account. When the request comes from Facebook you get a confirmation code, and the page at /data-deletion/<code> says what happened.

Your SupplySynk account

Ask the owner or an admin of your organization to remove you, or write to us and we will do it. Business records that others rely on, such as past orders, stay with the organization.

Marketing messages

Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link that works in one tap, without signing in. To be removed from a shop's contact list entirely, ask the shop or write to us.
